The 2018 Smokin’ in the Port Schedule

 It will be held on the 10th & 11th of February in Fremantle

  • Competitors able to be onsite at 10:00 am
  • Visitors Welcomed to watch from 4:00 pm
  • Cooking can start once meat inspections have been completed
  • Guests and Public activities conclude at 11:00 pm
  • Guests and Visitors welcomed on site on the 11th at 11:00 am
  • Chilli Eating Competition 12:00 pm
  • Presentation of meats to the judges will be on the 12th are:
      1. WILDCARD (Seafood) 5:00pm Saturday
      2. CHICKEN  10:45 am
      3. PORK  RIBS   11:30 am
      4. LAMB  12:15 pm
      5. BRISKET  1:00 pm
  •  Tips for Treats opens 1:30 pm
  • Announcement of the winners will be at 3:00 pm.
  • Pack-up from 4:00pm
