The 2019 Smokin’ in the Valley Schedule

 It will be held on the 8th & 9th November at Swan Valley Settlers Markets

  • Competitors able to be onsite at 10:00 am
  • Visitors Welcomed to watch from 4:00 pm
  • Cooking can start once meat inspections have been completed
  • Guests and Public activities conclude at 11:00 pm
  • Guests and Visitors welcomed on site on the 9th at 11:00 am
  • Presentation of meats to the judges will be on the 9th are:
      1. CHICKEN  10:45 am
      2. PORK  11:30 am
      3. PORK  RIBS 12:15 pm
      4. BRISKET  1:00 pm
  •  Tips for Treats opens 1:30 pm
  • Announcement of the winners will be at 3:00 pm.
  • Pack-up from 4:00pm
